Meet Catherine (Peachey) Chase
I have earned my career in physical health as group exercise instructor for sixteen years, a personal trainer for eleven, and a licensed massage therapist for over twelve years. While training my clients, I began to realize how many of them had sports related injuries and I wanted to be more effective so I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.
During my tenure as a LMT I learned specialized techniques for rehabilitation massage, muscle restoration, trigger point therapy, treatment for sciatica and ligament dysfunction. I also specialize in deep tissue massage and cupping therapy which are modalities that set me apart from other LMT's in both experience and training.
It is not my job, it's my passion.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time: NO CHARGE
Cancellation WITHIN 24 hours of scheduled appointment time: FULL CHARGE
No Show/No Call: FULL CHARGE**
**Full Payment must be made prior to rebooking. Unavoidable circumstances may warrant special consideration, but please note the above policies will apply to most cancellations.
It's your responsibility to know when your appointment is scheduled. Less than 24 hours notice is insufficient to offer that session to another client in need. Thank you for your consideration.
