I have been a group exercise instructor for 20 years, a personal trainer for 15 and a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years. While training my clients I began to realize how many of them had sports related injuries and I want to be more effective so I became a licensed massage therapist. During my tenure as a LMT I took specialized classes to learn techniques for rehabilitation massage, muscle restore technique, trigger point therapy, treatment for sciatica and ligament dysfunction. I also specialize in deep tissue a massage and cupping therapy. All of these modalities sets me apart from other LMT's and to me it is not just a job, it's my passion.
